This building consists of a high (6 metres) ground floor height, steelwork frames and precast panel perimeter walls.

Poor ground conditions meant that a change to timber piles late in the documentation phase was required.

The upper floor is braced with steel cross bracing and the lower floor is portalised in one direction and braced by precast panels in the other. Speedfloor was used for the floor construction at first floor.

The building was constructed to a very tight programme and ended up being constructed on time.
