This residential house features expansive sliding doors giving uninterrupted flow between the interior and the wrap-around veranda. We used steel space frames and trusses to form the high clerestory roofs over the open-plan living areas. The bulk of the house is in conventional timber framed construction and the house is supported on driven timber piles in the beach sand underlying the site.
