Project specialities

Summerset Hobsonville Village

The Hobsonville village is located next to the harbour on the Northern Side of the Upper Harbour Motorway in the developing suburb of Hobsonville.

The main building is being constructed in three stages, with Stage 1 nearing completion and Stage 2 currently under construction. The three buildings consist of three levels of apartments above ground and in ground carpark. The remainder of the village consists of over 120 units in single storey villas and townhouses.

The main buildings will also house a number of amenities including an indoor swimming pool and spa, theatre, café and bar, hobbies room and hair dressers. The village will also include an outdoor bowling green. 

Construction for the village has started and is programmed to finish in 2017.
