Overview
Silvester Clark has been involved in a number of Summerset’s projects throughout the country for a number of years.
The Ellerslie village is located within a business and residential district of the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway close to Auckland City in Harrison Road. Fully occupied, the village is home for 407 residents.
The main building is 11,500 square metres with 145 units in total with a basement for car parking under four levels. Adjacent to the main building are two apartment blocks of 20,400 square metres over seven and six levels. The remainder of the dwellings in the village consist of villas and town houses.
The plans for the village include a village centre with recreational facilities, and amenities including an indoor swimming pool and spa pool, café, lounges, hobbies room and residents’ bar.
Construction for this project finished in 2019.
Other projects
This aged care facility for Bupa in Upper Hutt consists of three three-storey high apartment buildings.
