The Duel on Vivian Apartments and retail unit development is a five-storey building with the lower floor being constructed from blockwork and concrete slabs. The upper floors are to be constructed using timber joists and steelwork beams.
Duel on Vivian is in a trendy area of the city and is opposite the school of architecture.
The façade will be constructed using kingspan panels that will provide insulation, a weather barrier and fire rating on the boundaries.
Access to a loading bay at the rear of the site is also provided.
