Constructed in 1996 for Massey University in Palmerston North, this two-storey building is located in a prominent location on the eastern entrance to the city. Built with a range of materials including precast and insitu concrete, structural steel and reinforced masonry, it features a high standard of finish throughout the building and lighting that has seen it become a landmark for passing motorists.
